Darlene’s Cambridge Diet Secrets For Losing Weight and Keeping It Off!
Darlene began with the Fast Start Program for the first two weeks. She used Cambridge 330 products and consumed four servings per day. Having that fourth serving in the evening got her through the day! Of course, she made sure she drank 8 glasses of water. After the first two weeks, Darlene switched to the Regular Program, adding a low-fat, low calorie meal in the evening — typically, broccoli with rice or pasta sprinkled with Molly McButter and a chicken breast. She followed this Program for two weeks and then did another two weeks on the Fast Start Program.
Darlene then continued with the Regular Program for the duration of her weight loss and now she follows the Maintenance and Lifetime Nutrition Program — and she will for the rest of her life!
