The Application Process
All of the materials required to get your application process rolling have been added to this page for your convenience. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the material, as well as access to a printer and some legal size sheets of paper for printing the actual lease. There are several items that you should be aware of while beginning this process:
1. If you have any questions with anything please give our staff a call at (239) 693-CLUB (2582) or toll free: 866-693 CLUB (2582).
2. We would like to ask you to please hold on to all of your paper work and either bring them by our office, mail or fax it together as a completed package. This will help us ensure that we have all of your paperwork filed together and allow us to give you the best service possible.
3. After downloading or receiving these forms, you will need to fill in all the requested information and send the entire application packet to College Club Apartments at 17100 College Loop Ft. Myers, FL 33913. Please be sure to include:
- Two Checks: You will need to send one check for the combined Application Processing Fee of $25 plus the Hassle Fee Move Out Fee of $175 (Pays for cleaning, Carpet cleaning, and touch-up painting when you move out)
A separate check will be needed for security deposit if one is required. We are currently waiving the security with approved credit. - A Copy of Driver's License
